Dive into a unique morning of movement and connection at our Community Water Dance Experience!

Remember the story of how our ancestors once crawled out of the water onto land? Well, not all of them agreed with that decision. Some mammals wisely realized that life in water was far more pleasurable and evolved back, becoming whales, dolphins, and otters. We humans, meanwhile, became a little too dry. We forgot how to dissolve into an element, how to be carried, how to move without constantly fighting gravity

Immerse yourself in the fluidity of dance inspired by the natural rhythms of water.

Guided by a Janzu and Aguahara facilitator and professional dancer, this event invites participants of all levels to explore expressive movement, mindful flow, and be part of the water community in a supportive, uplifting environment.
