Multiple somatic healing, movement, breathwork, and cacao experiences throughout the week. Friday: Inner Child Cacao Ceremony (6:00-7:15 PM). Saturday: Heartwork - Cacao + Breathwork (3:30-4:45 PM). Sunday: Cacao + Embodied Manifestation (3:30-4:45 PM). Designed to help regulate nervous system, release stress and emotions, and reconnect with body.
