Somatic Movement Journey

This event has already taken place.

A somatic movement journey designed to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect with your body in a nourishing way. Weaving together movement, breath, guided visualization, and presence to support releasing stress and processing emotions held in the body, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with clarity, ease, and inner wisdom. Especially supportive for heartbreak or repeating relationship patterns, transitions, endings, or new beginnings, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, and a desire for grounding and deeper connection.
