Somatic Movement Journey

This event has ended. See events this week or this weekend.

A somatic movement journey designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect with your body in a nourishing way. Weaves together movement, breath, guided visualization, and presence to support releasing stress and processing emotions held in the body, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with clarity, ease, and inner wisdom. Especially supportive if moving through heartbreak or repeating relationship patterns, transitions, endings, or new beginnings, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, or seeking grounding and deeper connection.
