Our mobility app is developed and provided by TaxiCaller, they will have your data and information.

This is a free service. Each driver will charge you the rate they think is the best. We don’t provide any transportation service by our own company, instead of this, drivers here our service to let people know that they are around and available to give them a service.

If you book a ride, is not guaranteed that a car/tuk tuk will for sure arrive. This will depend on the driver and their availability


In spite of all our efforts, Nosara Is Calling cannot guarantee that the information on this website is complete, correct and always up-to-date. The same applies to any links that are directly or indirectly connected to this website. Nosara Is Calling is not responsible for the content of any website that can be visited via any such link. Nosara Is Calling reserves the right to make changes to the information or to add to it at any time without notice.

By using the mobility system, Nosara Is Calling is giving a service for people (users) where they hire the platform in order to get in touch someone else that will give a transportation service. Nosara Is Calling is not responsible for any accident, injury or misfortune that happen in any moment. No transportation service is guaranteed, Nosara Is Calling is just connecting both parts so they can negotiate a fee or ride. A ride is not guaranteed every time a person book a ride trough the platform, it will depend on the driver availability.

By using this site, you are not entering into a contractual agreement with Nosara Is Calling – and neither will this ever be the case – for the purpose of requesting information, advice or services of this nature. Nosara Is Calling renounces any legal liability that may arise from the use of the content or usage of this website and does not provide any guarantee regarding the accuracy of the information that it contains or that access to the website shall be uninterrupted at all times.

Nosara Is Calling cannot accept responsibility for special, incidental or severe damage or loss, including lack of accessibility, loss of data and revenue, as a result of the use of information that is available on this website.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or you’ll have to send your information and id.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


If you book a ticket through our platform we will make a partial refund in case the event doesn’t happen or is cancelled. Service fees won’t be returned. If there are following complains you will be redirected to the event organizer
